Once a month, we’ll gather around the table for a hearty Catalan breakfast at the Magatzem del Vermut, in Plaça de l’Oli, Valls. It will take place on a Friday, with the house favourites and a proper start to the day.

On the menu:

  • Cap i pota, a traditional Catalan stew
  • Meatballs
  • Acorn-fed cured ham
  • Russian salad
  • Croquettes
  • New: white beans with Valls sausage

Served with toasted bread, garlic and tomatoes for rubbing on the bread.
